ICYMI: Jonathan CONFIRMED that Jabbari never ACTUALLY got a hold of his phone. She tried and failed. Which means (and totally makes sense given my initial confusion as to the logistics based on the car layout), she LIED to downplay her role as aggressor. Remember, I kept.
According to Jonathan Majors, Jabbari never obtained his phone so there was no need for him to pry her finger back. He held the phone and showed her he sent the text. That would mean he was never fighting for his phone back.
