この前75歳の方が、高齢者は待つのが大変だから、年齢順でみてよ！年齢が高いほど待つのしんどいの！って言われたことを思い出しました。そんなことをしたら、10代の方は朝一きても最後まで呼ばれなくなりますので、できません。って言ったら、10代は待たせば良いのに！って言われました。

息子、幼稚園のときに悶絶してたら、待合室で他の患者さんが「あの子、先に診てあげて」って声かけてくれたみたいで他の患者さんにも許可取って順番すっ飛ばしてくれたことあったなぁ。私は「病院はみんな具合悪くて来てるんだから待とうね」って背中さするしかできなかったけど有難かったなぁ。

以前に保線の仕事をしていたのでマジレスですが、大丈夫ですよ。おそらく古くなってネジ山がバカになり固定出来ないのかと。そのうち補修されるかマクラギ交換されるでしょう。連続して固定出来ない場合はゲージタイ等でレールを緊締しますが、1ヶ所だけ外れた程度で脱線は考えにくいです。

書かない→学童利用
仕事が休みになったりしたら連絡帳に書く→学童休む
仕事はほぼ毎日あると思うので必ず書き忘れが出てきますね。
