Hyper specialization has +s and -s, but other countries have done this, and separate pancreaticobiliary endoscopy from luminal endoscopy training and I think with wider spread of ESD and POEM, therapeutic endoscopy programs would benefit from adopting these ‘tracks’.

Great job @fouadsjaber putting this together. We have a sizeable cTIF practice at @bcm_gihep and I feel it is an excellent addition to the armamentarium of anti reflux procedures. Patient selection is key and we’ve had great success with hernias less than 5 cm.

@EUSandEndoscopy I am routinely checking cyst glucose. Good data out there, results back same day vs CEA which is taking 10-14 days.
