I probably would have coiled the ingress vessel, reimaged in a few weeks and discussed possible need for egress coil later.

Miscarriage. A 🧵; In June I found out I was pregnant. I was esctatic. @momandel & I had been trying for a while. I knew it gets harder after 35 (I'm 37 now). It's also harder when you are stressed. And some data that female surgeons struggle more than most with fertility.
