Right now radio play - the most passive form of listening there is - is dictating chart positions. BB might as well admit that fans' preferences don't count, it's station bosses who control the charts by ramming certain songs down our throats whether we want to hear them or not.

dominated by English-speaking western solo artists & the Grammys are voted on by mainly English-speaking US voters, so no-one will be surprised if a predominantly Korean-speaking Asian group doesn't win this American award. They'll survive 😘

They charted for two weeks on Billboard 200 last year. Leaving BTS out of the equation, groups such as TXT, Stray Kids, BP, NCT, Seventeen, Twice, Enhypen have achieved so much more in the US and globally. Just feels "off".

Why diss collaborations? Drake, The Weeknd, Lady Gaga, Post Malone, Bieber, Sheeran - in fact, most major artists - often collaborate with other artists not because they can't carry a song on their own, but as an artistic choice. Variety is to be applauded, not criticised.
