As a father and a coach, I'm excited to have watched my son start his High School football career this weekend. The next 4+ years are going to be a lot of fun at @RogersRamsFB

This is dead on. There are 2 types of programs. Programs that develop players, and programs that simply accumulate talent. Talent accumulators are never invested in the individual or helping them develop. Always just looking for the next best guy. I'm proud to be a developer.
The amount of recruiting athletes from one high school to another is off the charts. It’s pretty obvious who the imposter schools and rosters are. How about you build your program from the athletes in your building, already on your campus. “Recruit” those kids. Walk the halls, get to know their story, let them know they are wanted. Create a fun and positive culture, something they want to be a part of. Then you will have proved you are a great coach. Someone who knows how to build a championship culture. Anyone can borrow money to buy a fancy car or watch. It doesn’t mean you are rich.

@NolanBlackwell_ @ExplosiveMec @SMHSfootball These athletes are doing great, and I'm a huge fan, but I hope you know the plyomat can be manipulated by landing with bent knees. Not that you'd ever want to land completely straight legged, but if you bend your knees excessively, it will inflate your vertical jump result.
