ME/CFS got me as a kid, from a virus I likely picked up in school. I pushed it for yrs, I was doing extremely well despite ill health. I'm award winning in my work. I went to uni & pushed too much. I'm now mostly housebound, showering is an all day task. This kills

I'm so sorry😔mum had a worryingly similar experience. She had a v bad pedal bike accident & broke her arm & shoulder in 17 places, bone was out (sorry🤢), collapsed lung & broken ribs. 9hr surgery, her arms mostly metal now. Also given exercises for her agony & disrespected🙄🤦♀️
