@mevparekh Have worked in a job where the consultant + 1 junior would come in for a 7am PTWR with the night team, who then left on time. Early starts compensated with early finishes built into rota. Best of both worlds??

Following #breastcancer #surgery there are different options for #reconstruction. 👭study of 1470 patients with implant-based surgery reported patient reported outcomes. -no diff in PRO linked to mesh/dermal sling -possibly 🔼PRO in pre-pectoral ops.
