@DonMiami3 @MacroEdgeRes @RESightsbyME @MacroEdgeVision when all the growth and green fields are among the eldest of elderly...there are no green fields and little to no growth to be found.

@NipseyHoussle talking/chatting with that dude was one of the biggest wastes of time I ever took part in on X...seems knowledgeable and should have been interesting...but it was just silly name calling and weird shtuff.

when US population growth craters and US households simultaneously explode...alongside PPP, federal deficit spending...this doesn't seem like a logical growth in "households" but a Machiavellian opportunity to game the system. Perhaps DOGE will dig deep and literally millions who committed mortgage fraud will be exposed? Maybe...maybe not.

@TheTuckerTalk imo, question (nor the answer) is to flood with immigrants... the question is what conditions are causing the largest childbearing population in history to forego families, marriage, and desire to literally propagate the species? Is immigration worsening this situation?

@DonMiami3 chilling in Hawaii a few more days...and the demographic decimation going on here is coming into much clearer view.

organically...should have already been happening in the majority of counties in the US with likely outright depopulation and collapsing working age and young populations masked by still growing elderly populations...but, but, but $'s and prices have a funny way of following the opportunity...even if it's likely ultimately a total loser (literally zero).

imo...the household data is a crime scene. The PPP coupled with tax incentives pushed so many to suddenly claim "household" status. The concurrent collapse of population growth and unprecedented (and highly illegal) surge in "households" just happens to coincide w/ PPP and trillions in "free money"...again, household data is a crime scene (maybe it'll be investigated...prolly not...but without the FT job growth to support it...it's just a matter of time).
