Hmm...previous system with federal oversight and DOGE with zero oversight. I want evidence of fraud before agencies are dismantled. Sorry, but your word is not gospel Elon. Show me the data.
The @DOGE team just discovered that FEMA sent $59M LAST WEEK to luxury hotels in New York City to house illegal migrants. Sending this money violated the law and is in gross insubordination to the President’s executive order. That money is meant for American disaster relief and instead is being spent on high end hotels for illegals! A clawback demand will be made today to recoup those funds.

.@JDVance -If you believe any of the multiple federal courts that have ruled against you so far are exceeding their statutory or Constitutional authority, your recourse is to appeal. You don’t get to rage-quit the Republic just because you are losing. That’s tyranny.

@FriedrichHayek @mbeisen Actually all federally funded research has open access policies in place and require data and analyses be loaded onto publicly available repositories (NIH, NSF, USDA, etc). If research is funded by foundations, private money, etc. they may not have the same policies.

Gross. It is now ok in this country to be forgiven for being explicitly racist against minorities and women but a fireable offense if you are a federal worker perceived to be engaging in "racist" activities against white men. Evidence continues to mount.
Here is an abbreviated definition of Nazism (Wikipedia): "Nazism is a form of fascism, with disdain for liberal democracy...includes support for dictatorship, antisemitism, anti-communism...scientific racism, white supremacy...social Darwinism, homophobia...and...eugenics."

RT @Campbell4TN: Now THIS would actually work. Consumerism is powerful! But we’d have to get the word out and stick together- are you in???…

Yes! Accepted for publication at Nature Communications. We explore the utility of a common approach used to predict the suitability of mosquito-borne disease transmission in a thermally variable world. Well done team! @MartaShocket @JoeyBernhardt @VanMSavage @richhallecology
New preprint from our group just out! Mean daily temperatures can predict the thermal limits of malaria transmission better than rate summation @MartaShocket @SadieRyan @richhallecology @VanMSavage @joey
