I’m going to continue to dig this plyometric hole I got myself in. I don’t think our Phase 2 “ Mini bounce” jumps are “true plyometrics” either. Tendon research shows that the highest load is at the “switch point”. We mini bounce to micro dose this load as we prep for phase 3
