If we let them, colonialites (those who embody coloniality masked through faux progressive discourse) will have us live our lives as they prescribe. In their world, we are not thinkers unless they say so, and we do not understand academic freedom unless we do so on their terms.

In this paper I offer a theoretical explanation on how human co-option into systemic racism occurs at four levels: geopolitical; national; professional (institutional); and personal, through human occupation that intersects everydayness with extractivist capitalism.
