I think i will abandon the flexible oled solution, oled need 7 hdmi controler and hdmi port with goo'd quality but laser video projector have the potential for a full visor projection at lower cost and with one hdmi, it just need to be brighter and higher resolution

This is the physical space that a sim take, if you remove it you can fit a way bigger battery that go close to the USB C port, here is a S22 PCB layout, red is the Sim and blue is the battery
