This case made news .A young worker fell frm height onto a rod that pierced his body frm neck till lower spine in right side of body.
Incredibly there was no major organ/heart/ blood vessel injury or fracture & he's stable post surgery ! True miracle!

Awful Monday today. Only gave out bad news since the morning. Cases of Missed abortions, breast cancer, Tuberculosis , Subdural hematoma & liver cirrhosis.
Witnessed only patient's anxiety and tears today.
What a downer ! Affects our mood also.
