1/5 It's not a legitimate question. Legislation directs doctors to make disclosures to prescribed bodies. For healthcare, these include NHSE, CQC, GMC. discredited institutions which have track record for burying bad news. These bodies cover up harm to patients. For examples. .

On 10 Jan 2014, @drcmday made a protected disclosure re unsafe staffing levels on an ITU ward. The Dept of Health covered this up. 6 years later, large numbers of #COVID19 patients are dying due to lack of ITU facilities and doctors. Dr Day is going back to the Court of Appeal.
We have our Court of Appeal order allowing us to challenge the settlement agreement that stopped my whistleblowing case in its tracks. This matters if U care about Intensive Care resourcing & NHS transparency/whistleblowing. Who doesn't now with #covid19?.

I watched this tribunal live. Senior exec from @LG_NHS told court he'd deleted 90,000 emails of evidence that morning and felt too sick to be cross-examined. I think that's a criminal offence. Employment judge effectively decided to ignore. Seriously damages British legal system.
It's not the fact we lost, it's the fact the Judge allowed my opponents to destroy all the evidence. Read our 2 BMA backed appeals to the EAT.
