@jmceachan @homomediocritus @BSSHand @EdinOrthopaedic Reassuring numbers indeed. We don't know about subsequent injuries, misdiagnosis, over-treatment, which likely factor in to at least a few of the 6 patients that had surgery.

Signal changes in the articular disc and DRUJ ligaments are common. So is wrist pain. The two have a massive incidental overlap. The risk of overdiagnosis/treatment is massive.

I would have preferred a more critical thinking, dispassion approach. Signal changes in the articular disc and DRUJ ligaments are common. So is wrist pain. The two have a massive incidental overlap. The risk of overdiagnosis/treatment is massive.
