Arteta is a good manager because he's able to get players to buy-in to his methods.
But great managers always platform their best players.

Saka takes charge and dominates his zone regardless of skewed dynamics. Martinelli is an absolute killer but he needs conditions to be tailored for him to thrive and he’s a monster in big matches in which there’s space galore
Saka can adapt to any situation. No Odegaard, no White, no Timber, no Tomiyasu, but he's always inevitable. This is exactly where the criticisms for Martinelli are justified. No one hated him, was just speaking the truth. Fortunately he started cooking again. We really need him.
