@EmiratesSupport You have replied to say you are aware of the error but won’t do anything. It’s unacceptable you refuse to acknowledge the mistake on your end and honour the baggage allowance given it was altered by you after I checked in at airport meaning there’s nothing I can do to reduce it

@EmiratesSupport See also my travel exchange receipt terminal 3 travelex date and time stamped 11.37. Proving I was at the airport with my baggage and already checked in 2 hours before you changed my allowance from 47kg to 35kg.

@EmiratesSupport What would actually be helpful is some assistance with rectifying my luggage situation for the return flight. Rather than sneakily changing it after ive arrived and checked in. I can’t make 12kg magically disappear after ive left. This is entirely due to a glitch in your system.

I would get some 3D imaging to help planning and approach. Clinical examination will also help but looks like it’s mostly posterior- medial so I normally remove via medial approach. Need to be familiar with anatomy in that area or ask a friend to join
