Seeing me struggle for a PG seat, my dad said to me yesterday "sirf MBBS karke bhi log sarkari naukri karte hain." It just touched me how he came up with that fact just to soothe my wandering mind. Nevertheless have to strive for PG anyway.

Definitely Radiology / Derma /Path/ Micro/ Anat/ Biochem / Physio/PSM are Luckier . FMT can't eat even u offer!🥲

Moreover if u dont have an Mch but practice in a superspeciality branch with your fellowship experience it take time to convince especially the educated lots. It's difficult

Assisting is an art..
Only a good assistant can become a safe surgeon. ( All of us have listened this from our seniors) and transferred it to ours.
U need to observe, ask questions, go back and read.
Humbleness is second aspect which assisting teaches .
