USAID existed to prevent "Ugly American" from happening again. One must see that everything it did: objectively useful things and ... even spreading the woke stuff that the political right doesn't like, was essentially serving that purpose well. This will prove to be quite a loss

@RenukaJRA $100m out of 40b is small change. 40b out of $6t budget spending a year is also small change. Don't be too hard on yourself on how the USA spends their taxpayer money. There's bigger things to worry about.🫠

It's silly to dismiss it all as propaganda.🫠 We don't have the luxury to throw out a free meal just because it has a fly in it.😒

@RenukaJRA There's no mention of what the $1b was used for. It's the blackmailing that's the issue. Not the final use of the money. They surely didn't do gender pronoun lessons for that kind of money. So yes, my small change comment still stands.😀
