As we approach Thanksgiving, I’m grateful for the Terwilliger Center’s Advisory Committee and its efforts to address housing challenges. I’m especially thankful that Hugh Frater, former CEO of Fannie Mae, has recently joined the team.

Turning vacant office buildings into housing could help address the housing shortage, but it’s easier said than done. Tackling zoning, financing, and design challenges is key. Read more about the opportunities and obstacles:
