The most infuriating part of the #Rittenhouse saga. #GaigeGrosskreutz admits, under oath, to the exact crime they pretended to be outraged by when it was Kyle charged. He brought an illegal gun to a “protest,” but he has the right political views so he doesn’t get charged.
Notice how the defense very specifically says “invalid” when referring to #Grosskreutz’s concealed carry license. Invalid means it may have been suspended because of his felony arrests. To protect their witness, DA Binger knowingly led him to lie under oath, suborning perjury.

Here is some of the case law in NY that Bragg will use to defeat statute of limitations, which is 5 yrs. He has to argue that the clock tolled when Trump was out of state. There is some precedent, but this is unique. Misdemeanor was 2 years. Hence the elevation to felony.
