The electoral college vote on 14 Dec is the date of the solar eclipse which opposes Trump's natal Sun and conjoins his natal Moon. Trump was born on a lunar eclipse (like being born in the eye of a storm) so resonates to them strongly - solar eclipses signify the end of reigns.

Humanitarian may not be the right word (tho they incline towards social issues). Air signs are "humane" because of heightened association with reason, by which intellect tempers baser emotions. That's not a leaning towards empathy - a trait animals often express more than humans.

I've been impressed by many intelligent, informed examinations of astro technique discussing the US Presidential challenge. I hope this time we can be spared the ignominious self-crowning of astrologers who called the result correctly pouring scorn on those who did not.
