Introducing a 30km/h limit in urban areas with high pedestrian use would be a lot more beneficial. SUVs are a ridiculous vehicle to have in urban areas in most cases.

This has worked well elsewhere in Europe why can't it work in Ireland? A new system will always having teething issues when first introduced. But we had a good green bin system already.
