Many of you know that I have been dealing with a loved one in hospital.
In fact, it was two. Both my parents.
Dad was discharged a few days ago, but fell ill and rushed to hospital where he sadly passed.
Mum is still in the same hospital. Miss you dad, I’m looking after mum.

Just been sent the final draft, the cover, the back, spine, ISBN, and copyright blurb by my publisher.
Guess I’m an author now then.
I’m going to start signing things and selling them on eBay.

Of all the things I worry about (everything), I hope that the

I panic I’m not fitting into the right genre, or my use of the Oxford comma is wrong. And then my mind drifts off into story planning mode, or “do sharks have baths?”

Was great to meet the community last night and especially some local youth workers. I implored them to help teach us more and help reach the younger demographic than we currently speak to online.
I told them that our local children and young adults have a lot to teach us too.
