i actually personally haven't had any issues with ACR.. they actually got me my withdrawal request within a timely manner despite all the craziness.. and got all refunds. I am sure they will do the right thing for you EC!

I recommend to not look at the quality of the game as this can quickly be used as an excuse for your results - and spend more time looking inward at what you could be doing better. The answer could be that you’re playing your best and just natural variance - but truly analyzing

Not super relevant to this hand in some ways .. but I Think it’s important to mention importance of the 8 being a diamond - in general when we start putting money in on flop it’s best to prioritize suits matching top pair since we then are less likely to run into Pair + bd flush

not often at all - just everyone cries to you when it does.. it’s like a 1/1000 chance. No one complains about ignition/ Bovada which is 1000x worse. I’ve seen on Bovada where 80% of a tourney gets DCd and can’t get back on- yet the tourney continues. At least acr catches this.

Ideally though what the websites really should be doing is partnering with GTO wiz and build out a system where the end of every day or week they run all the hands through the database with GTO wiz and that will create an environment of proactively cracking down on the issue

Value bet a wide range of value including 7x and even some 4x.. all are worth bigger size but we are not polar to only Jx.. so wouldn’t have reason to use larger and smaller wouldn’t accomplish anything since large chunk of their x call range wouldn’t be made indifferent

I mean this is fine if it’s an exploitative fold - but usually when people post hands they are looking for some sort of strategical analysis. So folding due to history with villain would be irrelevant when it comes to a strategical “GTO” viewpoint.
