When I worked in game marketing I was told that the reason downloads aren't cheaper, is to keep physical retailers happy. Idk if true. But makes sense. There's a lot that goes into putting games into physical retail, lots of red tape and politics tbh.

General advice for players giving feedback on any game:
Highlight what your actual issues are. Saying "you are ignoring us" over and over again doesn't communicate anything other than a feeling. The cause of the feeling needs to be highlighted.
