A lot of the F-35's capabilities are still classified, even before Blk IV upgrades. This is why so many countries want the plane - it's more than just a simple air-to-air and air-to-ground system.
According to Israel commander (from squadron 140), "Most of the missions that the plane [F-35I] performs cannot be explained in words, but we can say that they give us a significant and distinct advantage over our enemies."

Not a chance. Although India has been exempted from sanctions under CAATSA, its current relationship with Russia, amongst numerous other considerations, preclude them from being an F-35 operator.

The KC-390 is a medium-lift regional airlift aircraft. The C-17 is a strategic, global reach aircraft which is why it has a maximum payload weight that is 5 times greater than the KC-390.

The Gripen isn't a bad plane but it's no F-35. And I think the Swedes will admit as much when they likely buy the F-35 in the future.
The best thing we didn't yet give to Ukraine is the Swedish Gripen. Not only is it an incredibly good looking plane, but very underrated. I wish more Europeans had bought it instead of F-35. The Swedes make amazing military aircraft.
