I’ve just been out and jogged 1.3 miles. I know this isn’t far but I’ve been out injured for 4 months now. It wasn’t pretty but most importantly there wasn’t any pain. We shall see what tomorrow brings.

I think it’s ok to fall in and out of love with running. I’m definitely going through my out of love period. And I’m ok with that. I’m killing it at the gym and in the New Year I’ll join a running club and get the love back. It’s all good 💪🥴
