When I worked in reentry, there were a couple Chi Mos that had it done by choice. They didn't want to go back to prison and knew they wouldn't stop offending. Sex Offenders are the one crime that can't be rehabilitated.

I'm very disturbed. Just got a news break that our lame a$$ governor bought a previous treatment center to house civilly committed folks. This is 1 block from my home. Starting in 5 days. There is no chance to change due to late notice. Kinda scary 😨

What I don't understand is how 2 people with limited funding and resources were able to clear out the Burien encampment in less than a week, yet you have KCRHA with pretty much unlimited funding and resources who haven't been able to clear out encampments in 2 years
