Some crap personal news from me. Dismounting my bike for a bit as I've been diagnosed with cervical cancer. After this terrifying diagnosis, I start daily chemo and radiotherapy treatment for 6 weeks tomorrow. Please send all your good #cycling #fuckyoucancer vibes my way xxxx.

I'm not anti car. I own and drive one. The majority of those who ride a bike do. It's not mutually exclusive. I choose to ride a bike the majority of the time bc its quicker for short journeys and work where parking is abysmal. I'm an excellent driver, because I'm also a cyclist.

Nice email today saying thanks for leaving a note on a car after I saw it hit and the other vehicle drove off. The footage I submitted to insurance co. meant they recovered £1500 from the guilty party. Thats 2nd time in 18months. Bloody #cyclists and their bloody cameras. .
