a physiotherapist of Team Bahrain and immediately started resuscitating him. The rescue helpers had already arrived, with all the equipment needed for resuscitating, etc. We managed to resuscitate him and prepared him for transport with the helicopter. He was never conscious.

Küng says he knows the climb very well and he had good legs again. He hoped to get to the tunnel with the GC favourites and then have a bit of a rest (it´s less steep there), but the race was so fast, he just blew up after the tunnel. Still a great race,IMO!!😊
