When asked about the Female protagonist for Persona 3 Reload, Wada said he considered it, but development would cost more and take longer than The Answer/Episode Aigis. There’s no possibility for FeMC.
He also said that he wants the Persona team to focus on “new games” as well.

Honestly if it wasnt for weird reasons, a younger anna is a cool take on her, since every anna we've seen has been the same. A merchant in training anna who's traveling but since shes still a kid she misses her family. I think its interesting and Im so sad that they made it weird
