@scottlacy4 @GrulkeLamonte 1/8”? lol that doesn’t sound right. Typically 1/2” OSB would be the norm.

@DreadPirateRon I don’t know. I mean I understand not everyone works out a lot but from 19-30 I could regularly rep sets of 5-8 (depending on how often and regularly I lifted) at 170-175lbs.

@MatznerJon @JoeCassandra Dude that guy sucks ass. I actually stopped my corporate life as my son was 6 months. Spent every day with him, started building a building ground up. Would go to the site with him, take pictures, etc. I think reading everyday, shapes, letters, numbers, is why my boy is so smart

@ChatterCraftsm @InternetH0F Lmao. That is wrong. There is no loss on purchasing something again. He’s making $200 each time. That’s it

@CollinRugg This is real. We know someone who had their fire policy cancelled literally a week ago. And then I’m pretty sure their umbrella policy cancelled when the fires broke out.

@RealJamesWoods Even weirder we know someone who had their fire policy canceled last week and their umbrella policy canceled once the fires started.

@_FlipMan Have you considered LP Smart Side? You can literally buy it pre-painted (obviously it’s more expensive). Labor for a builder (not retail) is like $5-6 per sqft. $20,000 for a 4,000sqft building. 1x6 pine trim as well

@Zachster1471 @DetroitOnLion Correct. I know which one. Reynolds if I recall. And Vikings easily had two delays of games.

@_FlipMan What? My 4,000 sqft place was sided for $30k. Don’t use Hardie it’ snaps, use Smart side. All trim and siding were like $10k and labor was $20.

@jpnevt @danielgothits $3k lol. Dude a normal $400-$500k house is $6-8k all day everyday in many Midwest states not coastal.
