In 18 innings of watching the playoff baseball I saw several throws off target, some way off, by the most elite players in the world. Your 10U, 14U, or HS athlete doesn't need your angry outburst. He needs a reminder or encouragement. Baseball is hard.

Avg pop times for the best 9 and worst 9 catches in the game. A 2.1 pop time in HS/ College is VERY GOOD. (On a side note, I very RARELY get a time under 2 on college catchers even between innings when the can cheat).

On June 23rd last year, we had 7 guys and 2 coaches committed. Pretty cool we found 28 players, 5 coaches and played a 43 game schedule! Thank you to all that made it possible. And we also found a way to win 9 games in our inaugural season. Already looking forward to next year!
Wrapped up the season Friday. We were blessed to have the opportunity to come together this year and enjoy this gift from God! Remembering this season and looking forward to what is ahead! Thank you to all the coaches and players that said "yes" to starting something special!

Big time move buddy. I just took over a small college baseball team and told the guys to stop wearing their hoodies on top of their heads indoors. 3 guys immediately pulled their hoodies off their heads. They weren't scared. Just showing respect. Pretty simple.

Parents and coaches stop treating your kids different based upon their performance/talent. If you took a bunch of baseball dudes and put them in a choir room, you would treat them completely different. It makes no sense. Treat them as children of God!

And you can get an offer at a D1 and be a D1 guy, but still choose to go to a small 4 year and it would be a better decision. And vice versa, might be best to take the D1 offer due to academics, locations, financials, etc. Too complicated to worry about titles. Seek a great fit

Yes, it may speed up the game 10-15 minutes and help the tempo of the game a tad. It might help a few pitchers move on quicker to the next pitch. And it maybe reduce the time signs are given to hitters and catchers. BUT... and it's a big BUT... 🧵
