You won't *always* get a shutdown just by getting a double kill (afaik) but repeated kills count "more".
Assist+turret (esp. local) will simply boost your and your team's gold shifting more towards a shutdown even being possible.
League fandom has a good table for it, too.

Worked on this doc on and off for the last week or so, definitely a challenge to write a doc that's not too long but also informative enough to be interesting.

The goal would be to do one doc for each broad topic, e.g. objective setups or wave management with lots of detail.
Won't be a project with a deadline, think it could be fun and educational to collaborate :)

100% agree. He gets in high mmr lobbies with this strat which 99% couldn't do with *any* strat AND he has positive WR.
Who cares what he plays or how he does it, if it wins games that's all that matters.

I think a huge problem is that there's not enough "proper staff" therefore leading to players dictating drafts "give me xy against xy" which is obviously a bad thing
