Very heavy rain fell yesterday from SE Pennsylvania northeast through the mid-Hudson Valley into Vermont. The heaviest rain fell in the Hudson Valley, with 5 to 8 inches reported by #CoCoRaHS observers. Widespread flooding is ongoing.
