Another rainy day is expected on Saturday with light rain and drizzle for much of the day. The temperature will vary strongly across the region with northern areas in the 30s and southern areas reaching the 60s.

We're keeping an eagle eye on the forecast next week as it looks like our next round of wintry weather will impact the region. While amounts and locations are uncertain, it's time to start planning for wintry travel impacts beginning Monday night into Tuesday.

Confidence is increasing that a winter storm will push through the region sometime early next week. Wintry precipitation is expected somewhere, but details like exactly when, where, what type, and how much are still unclear.

The Dense Fog Advisory has been canceled. Conditions have improved in the previously advised areas.

A wavering front will cause a wide range of high temperatures between the southern and northern portions of the forecast area. This will be especially true on Saturday where our south may be 20 + degrees warmer than our north!
