We are empty nesters because we live in rural Ireland our kids have moved away. We have worked our asses off to get our house and I will be dammed if I’m going to have to pay tax on empty bedrooms. For jaysus sake lads is nothing sacred. I want my kids to be able to come home

We had an awful phone call about the death of a friends child. I didn’t turn up at the bus stop to walk my kids across the road. The bus driver got out of his seat and held their hands brought them across the road and into our house. I will always be grateful

I have just witnessed an attempted rescue in Strandhill Co Sligo. It was of a paddle boarder. The man in question was able to get to shore himself eventually. Look at these selfless heroes out on a night where there is a storm forecast to save another human being.

we had ordered an electric chair for my dad and on the day of his funeral they rang to say they were delivering that day. When they heard that dad had passed they kept the chair and gave me my money back. They deserve our support. Great company

I will never forget hearing a man being told he only had a few weeks to live… alone, no respect, no privacy and later on when his wife asked did he ask any questions he said no he was too shocked. So so sad often think about him. Other side of a curtain
