@HMRCcustomers So frustrating waiting for rebate for almost 12 mths. Nobody seems to know anything. Solicitors involved still: sorry it hasn't even been processed even though payment was promised b4 xmas. Quick enough to take our money. What next? Surely somebody there can help?
