I love to read. I've visited schools across #WorsleyAndEccles, and it's clear to me that our teachers are dedicated to helping students develop strong reading skills. It’s great to see @uklabour supporting teachers, giving young people more opportunities to thrive 👇

Today, I raised with the Prime Minister the inspiring work of the staff in the Jobcentres serving #WorsleyAndEccles, which I visited last week. I asked @Keir_Starmer about the importance of listening to their experiences as we remove barriers and support people into work. 👇

Following @JoPlattLeigh's question during PMQs about the conduct of a surgeon at Salford Royal, I’m pleased to have met with the Minister with the patient group. Along with colleagues, I remain committed to working with staff, patients & families to get the justice they deserve.

Today, I asked Energy Consumer Minister @Miatsf what’s being done to lower energy bills for families in Worsley & Eccles and across the UK. This key issue is raised by many, so I'm proud that @uklabour is taking action to protect families from high energy costs. Watch below 👇
