I used to be very into the gym and swimming before covid hit. Then the gyms closed and I unfortunately never went back. Kills me when I see how good a shape I was in back then because at the time I didn’t think the gym was doing anything for me but clearly it was.

Guys. My grandad just died. So i might be way more active or less active for a few days depending on how i cope with it lol. He was very old so its not a shock but its still really sad. He had 6 kids and left a brilliant legacy. I will share with you all the riddle he tormented.
