Azerbaijanis had a barbecue dance party while blocking aid trucks from entering Artsakh. The blockade began on 12/12/2022 and ended on 09/24/2023 with the expulsion of the entire local Armenian population after a bombardment of the region on September 19-20 by Azerbaijani forces.
