I lived near Boston and worked there for a while. There are areas totally inhabited by Eastern Europeans and Poles. No go areas for anyone else. Polish pubs for only Poles etc.

My niece was stationed there and had no complaints and nice houses and flats. The gimmigrants have more facilities than they had. If they don't like the cold weather they can go home to a warmer country and speak to their families in person.

Landlords who maybe have only one property and can't afford it will just sell up. Some people move in with partners and rent their property just in case it doesn't work out etc. They will be the first to sell. It will cause a rental crisis 🙄
