Traffic lights were in operation, the 112 bus route continued to pick up from the bus stop just out of shot, everything flowed as normal. I pointed this out at the time so interesting that you're continuing to claim otherwise.

@CitizenUddin I live on this road and it hasn't been closed for days (including when you took your video), they just haven't removed the signs. Temporary traffic lights are used at peak times to control traffic (see photo), otherwise everything has been flowing as normal.
