The ones who do complete and pass are the ones who work at post qualification training and experience gathering. No course or exam should be 100% pass

@klizlees @CasualtySurgeon @juniordoc554 You have to pass the exams to work a bit like any other qualification. E.g. if you do not pass a BMBS you can not work as a Dr.
