Every one comes to Christ in a way specific to their life and experience. Every one is tested wherein Christ demands they choose Him over their own idols; when He knows the Holy Spirit has made them strong enough to choose Him.

On this, the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, may I recommend a fantastic book my parish priest gave to me? It compiles the visions of Sts. Bridget of Sweded, Elizabeth of Schoenau, and Ven. Anne Catherine Emmerich into a narrative of Our Lady's life. 10/10 would recommend
