Since you're not a developer, no. Game devs should and will care about accessibility. To ensure as many players as possible can easily play videogames without issues.

Also that 94% positive is fucking crazy for an Early Access game that started development IN APRIL!! I was constantly telling the team the goal was to stay over 85%. Anyways. I am happy :)
