Nope. It's not. It's a warning given to defendants by judges across the country every day when they persistently refuse to follow court orders and offend the process with their contemptuous behavior. The judge is showing restraint by not slapping him with a contempt finding.

As a former child abuse prosecutor, I've prosecuted people who killed, beat, burned, starved, molested, raped and fed drugs to kids. I can state unequivocally that homosexuality has ZERO correlation with abusive parenting. 99% of my cases were committed by straight people.
