Early on in my treatments when chemo failed me, SBRT helped me get through the first decade until the next line of therapy became available. It was an important bridge in my treatment options.
Yes, very true! SBRT has been both life-changing and life-saving for me. It has helped manage my cancer over the past 9 years. I find comfort in knowing that radiation therapy is a mainstay in my toolbox of treatment options. Unlike sys- temic therapies, I can use it throughout my care and not worry about acquired resistance or systemic side effects. #LCSM

And you did not know how it would be received, but you shared it anyway to give people some perspective and insight into this.
